Policies & Guidelines. Contract Deposits/Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due upon reserving your attendance to selected retreat on the date reserved with a signed contract. Upon signing contract you are committing to payment in full regardless of attendance or any changes in your ability to attend on your behalf.

You may pay in full at time of registration and contract agreement, or you may pay deposit then make payments in the amount of $500 each 30 days until paid in full. Final payment is due 10 days prior to event. If your full ticket price is not paid in full by this time, you will forfeit your spot in the retreat and all money paid up until this date will be non refundable and non transferable. In the event you are unable to attend the event for any reason, all money paid prior will be non refundable, but total invested cost will be transferable to another qualified party subject to our evaluation and interview process as long as the remaining balance is paid by this transferred party 10 days prior to event.

In the event of cancellations on the behalf of Zen Finders, refunds given and the timeliness of refunds given are subject to the discretion of Zen Finders based on various factors and will be determined at the time of the event cancellation based on options and abilities of all involved participants.

Zen finders assumes zero responsibility for any financial investments not directly related to our retreats such as airfare, hotel accommodations or any other involved cost you may incur in trave or preparation for your attendance to retreat.

By signing below you agree to all terms and conditions and acknowledge the risks associated with your investment should you choose not to, or become unable to attend retreat for any reason.
